Completion & Delivery
After the last cable is ran, and the last screw turned; HTG’s job is yet to be done. HTG’s onsite experts review itemized lists and completed items line-by-line ensuring our final delivery leaves the customer with the highest level of satisfaction.
O&Ms are walked-through to correlate logical diagrams with eyes-on physical locations.
OSP&ISP teams are shown newly-cleaned manholes, freshly run cables, and sensibly labeled patches.
Leadership and/or decision-makers receive a report detailing each step, intra-project adjustments are reviewed, and delivery is completed.
