The drop-down option provides a "General IT Professional" selection and a "General Skilled" option in addition to more specific choices. You are encouraged to select the role you believe most represents your capability and aspiration.

Within the form, you'll find a field to link your LinkedIn® profile and résumé. LinkedIn® is optional, résumé is required. Submissions will be used for contract bidding as a proof of capability. Upon contract award, HTG will conduct interviews until contractual needs are met.
